Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access the website or use our services.
Services
EZQ Group provides bookkeeping, tax preparation, payroll, business formation, and financial consulting services. All service engagements are governed by separate service agreements specific to each engagement.
Our services are provided by qualified professionals with CPA oversight. However, we are not a CPA firm, and certain services requiring CPA licensure are performed by licensed CPAs under separate arrangements.
Client Responsibilities
When engaging our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Deliver requested documents in a timely manner
- Review all work products and reports we provide
- Notify us of any errors or discrepancies promptly
- Pay for services according to the agreed terms
Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information. Your financial data, tax records, and business information will not be disclosed to third parties except as required by law or with your explicit consent.
Limitation of Liability
While we strive for accuracy in all our work, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific services in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.
We rely on information you provide. We are not responsible for errors or penalties resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by you.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due upon receipt. We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of EZQ Group or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Work products created specifically for you (financial statements, tax returns, etc.) are owned by you upon full payment for the services.
Termination
Either party may terminate an ongoing service relationship with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, we will provide all your records and work products for which payment has been received. Outstanding balances remain due regardless of termination.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Harris County, Texas.
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
